18/10/2008 PERMANENT disability did not deter polio victim Lim Sow Seng from pursuing his dreams as an illustrator. Here in Johor Baru, Lim’s masterpieces were displayed along with 39 other artists’ work at the first-ever Japanese-styled Manga and illustrated artwork exhibition.
